I have been lucky enough to know Mr. Luis Silva for approximately twenty (20) years. As such, I have developed great respect for him as a human being, Father and businessman. He has catered multiple events for us and have attended events that he catered for others. Mr. Sliva’s food service is always excellent and professionally presented. Silva Events Hawaii is a professional and delicious catering company. The attention to detail is the first thing you'll notice because you can taste the love in the food. Luis' recipes are authentic and he uses the best quality ingredients no matter what he's cooking. Our favorites are the fish tacos and kale caesar salad! The spread of meal items are beautiful as well. He creates tablescapes that are colorful and fresh from the linens all the way to the details on the plates. Luis has a professional and capable staff that assists in meal prep and presentation so the guests feel very well taken care of. I've highly recommend Silva Events Hawaii to friends having weddings, housewarming parties, and birthdays. We are already looking forward to our next opportunity to work with Luis!

We have used Louis for several of our parties at the Mokuleia "Lost" Ranch. Our experience with Louis and his catering for our parties has been nothing but exceptional. The food quality was top notch and more important the taste of his creations are on the spot.
We did a chicken, carnitas and battered fish taco/burrito bar that was second to none. We also had fresh ceviche and a salsa bar that my friends still talk about to this day.
I would allow Louis to make his own creations also, because you won't regret it.
Most important was he showed up on time, set up, prepared the food fresh and served it hot.
I look forward to our next event and to some amazing Mexican food.
